This wonderful village house offers a refreshing private saltwater pool at the back, where you can admire views of the surrounding fields. The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and has a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.90 meters. The outdoor area also includes a sunbathing area with loungers and a porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. The property is located within the village and has direct neighbors.

The interior of the house, which consists of two floors, has a classic and cozy style. The living room features satellite TV and is connected to the dining area through a traditional Mallorcan arch. The independent-style kitchen has a ceramic hob and everything needed to prepare delicious meals; it also has access to the backyard. On this floor, you will also find a toilet and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms for relaxation. One has a double bed, wardrobe, radiator, air conditioning, and TV. The other room has two single beds, a wardrobe, air conditioning, a radiator, and a fan. A final bathroom, in this case with a bathtub, completes the first floor. The house is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. We can also provide a crib and a high chair if you are traveling with your baby.

The house has central diesel heating.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
