The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed or two single beds and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a stereo (wireless), a fireplace, a TV and a heather. In addition there is a garden and a swimming pool and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two toilets, three showers, a bath and two washbasins.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer and a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave, a dishwasher and a stovetop.

The villa’s outdoor areas are perfect for relaxation and al-fresco dining. A private swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols invites guests to unwind, while the garden and expansive lawn areas offer plenty of space for outdoor enjoyment. A shaded dining area for eight people is ideal for enjoying meals with a view of the countryside. The property also includes parking and enjoys peaceful rural vistas. Inside, the villa features an open-plan modern kitchen and a spacious living room with integrated sound, a fireplace, and satellite TV. The dining area, which seats 10, opens directly onto the pool area, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living. Air conditioning, heating, LED lighting, an integrated sound system, and a full security system with an alarm and safe ensure maximum comfort and convenience. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, air conditioning, a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and French windows opening to the garden. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have king-size beds, air conditioning, and large wardrobes. Bedroom 2 shares a spacious bathroom with Bedroom 3, which can be configured with two twin beds or four, making this villa an ideal retreat for families or groups.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
