General

The holiday home for 12 persons has six bathrooms and six bedrooms. The holiday home is equipped with two stereos (wireless), seven televisions and a heather. In addition there is a garden, an air conditioner, a terrace, a bar, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a barbecue. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with six toilets, six washbasins, six showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a tumble dryer and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and a dishwasher.

Set on a spacious 20,000m² plot surrounded by olive groves and pine trees, Villa Eclipse is designed for relaxation and entertainment. The large pool deck invites you to unwind and enjoy the sweeping countryside views. Sparkling blue waters beckon you to take a dip, or you can lounge on the sunbeds lining the terrace. For shade, a stylish lounge area under a large terrace provides the perfect spot to relax. The al-fresco dining area, seating fourteen, and outdoor bar area offer an ideal space for socializing, with a full-house sound system completing the outdoor experience.

Inside, the villa’s design continues the serene atmosphere, with wide sliding doors that flood the interior with natural light. The open-plan lounge, dining area, and sleek kitchen with high-end appliances create a harmonious space for both relaxation and entertainment. The villa also offers a second kitchen and dining space for added convenience. The spacious bedrooms are designed for comfort and tranquility, with en-suite bathrooms and views of the garden or private courtyards.

The villa is priced at €185 per person per week, based on a group of 12 guests.

On-site costs

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
