This peaceful rustic estate offers a delightful vacation retreat. The outdoor area features a private 9x5m saltwater pool (depth 0.80–1.80m), perfect for cooling off. Sun loungers surround the pool for sunbathing, and the furnished porch with a cozy barbecue creates an ideal setting for outdoor meals. The property ensures privacy and tranquility, making it a serene escape.

Inside, the home blends rustic charm with modern design across two floors. The spacious living-dining room includes a Smart TV, air conditioning, and a decorative fireplace for added coziness. The large kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob and full amenities, also features a decorative fireplace. On the ground floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, and garden access; the other with two single beds, air conditioning, and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. The upper floor houses two more bedrooms: one with two single beds and the other with a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and access to a terrace. Another bathroom with a shower is also on this level. The house includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. A crib and high chair are available for infants.

Santa Eugenia, located in the Pla de Mallorca, is known for its medieval charm, windmills, and scenic hiking routes. It's just a few kilometers from Palma and its beaches, offering a peaceful getaway.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
