The modern villa is spread over one ground floor and a basement, with air conditioning in every room. The open-plan living-dining room features two comfortable sofas and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes an induction cooktop and all the essentials for cooking. The villa has five bedrooms, all with wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, and three have two single beds each. The basement includes a bedroom with a double bed, wardrobe, en-suite bathroom, and a laundry room with a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. The villa also provides a crib and high chair for families with babies.

Located near the Marina de Son Ganxo, a charming port on Menorca’s southeast coast, the villa is close to picturesque beaches and coves perfect for water activities. The area offers various restaurants and cafés, and is just a few kilometers from Sant Lluís, known for its church, square, and ethnological museum.

Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. The villa has exterior parking for 0 cars.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
