General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a bunk bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a set of garden furniture, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a toilet, two washbasins and two showers.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove, a dishwasher and an oven.

The exterior of this house is perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, featuring a garden with fruit trees and a private chlorine swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth ranging from 1 to 2 meters), surrounded by sun loungers for relaxation. There are also two terraces and a porch with barbecue and sea views, ideal for enjoying meals or drinks with loved ones. The property is enclosed, ensuring total privacy.

Inside, the two-storey house offers all the comfort you need for a restful stay, with all rooms located on the main floor (the lower floor is closed). The living-dining room has a fireplace and Smart TV, perfect for cozy evenings. The independent kitchen runs on gas and is fully equipped for easy cooking. The house includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms, all with fans: two with 2 single beds each, and one with a bunk bed. Two bathrooms with showers serve this floor. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies.

Located in a quiet, family-friendly area, the house is just 150 meters from Cala Es Canutells, a beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters. A sports area with football, tennis, and basketball courts is nearby, and the famous Camí de Cavalls path offers scenic coastal and inland hikes. Mahón, the capital, is also just a short drive away.

The tourist tax is paid on-site, ranging from 0.55€/night in low season to 2.2€/night in high season. Reduced by half from the 9th day of stay.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
