The garden offers a private space to relax, and there are two porches: one in front of the house, with a table and stone benches, and another near the pool, with a table to enjoy a coffee outdoors or a delicious barbecue. The property is fenced and has direct neighbors.

Inside, the living room is equipped with a television for the entertainment of guests. The dining room, open to the kitchen with a ceramic hob, offers a cozy atmosphere to enjoy meals with the family. The laundry room, located in the bathroom, is equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board for added convenience. The house has three bedrooms on the ground floor, all equipped with fans and wardrobes. Two of the bedrooms have twin beds, while the third has a double bed and a cot available. There are two bathrooms with bathtubs on this floor, one of them en suite. Upstairs, a small, and cozy sitting area is perfect for unwinding with a good book.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
