The main pool (15 x 4.5 meters, 1.50 m depth) uses natural purification (chlorine in summer), while the second pool (3 x 4 meters, 1.30 m depth) is chlorinated. The estate features beautiful gardens with fruit trees, and you can spot roosters, hens, and goats. Guests can relax on the terrace with sun loungers, enjoy the bicycle parking area, and take advantage of the communal gas barbecue for outdoor dining. The property is eco-friendly with solar panels and its own water well. Breakfast is included and served daily from 08:30 to 10:30.

The ground-floor flat includes a cosy terrace with table and chairs. Inside, the living room has a TV, and the open kitchen is gas-fueled. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the bathroom features a bathtub. Oil central heating ensures comfort on cooler days. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies. There is also a shared laundry area, open from 9:00 to 13:00.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
