The first bedroom, located on the ground floor, is furnished with a double bed, a closet, and a fan. The other three bedrooms, located on the upper floor, each come with a double bed, fan, closet, and a private en-suite bathroom with either a bathtub or a shower. For additional guests, a folding bed is available, and if you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair upon request.The house is equipped with underfloor heating throughout the property, ensuring a cozy environment, except for the outdoor bathroom.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
