General

The holiday home for 9 persons has three bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and three single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a heather and a TV. In addition there is a terrace, a barbecue, a garden, a swimming pool (private, outdoors) and a hot tub and there are five air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with three washbasins, a toilet, three showers and a hairdryer.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a tumble dryer, a garage and a freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a coffee maker.

Just a five-minute drive from the lively bars, restaurants, and nightlife of San Antonio, and ten minutes from the stunning Cala Bassa beach, this villa combines convenience with tranquility.

Set on a spacious 1,325m² plot, the villa features private gardens with lawns, terraces, and decked areas, creating an ideal setting to relax and unwind. The inviting swimming pool is surrounded by a smart wooden deck with loungers, offering the perfect spot to soak up the Ibizan sun. Tall palms frame the view across the rooftops to the distant hills, while a tall pine tree at the far end of the garden provides some shade. The villa’s expansive terrace includes two al-fresco dining areas, seating four and six, with wide sliding glass doors opening to the bright, airy interior. Inside, the living space features comfortable L-shaped seating around a large TV, while a formal dining area seats eight. The spacious kitchen includes a breakfast table for four.

On the ground floor, a large double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom offers easy access to the garden. Upstairs, the master suite enjoys access to the upper terrace, with a large en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and Jacuzzi bathtub. The remaining three double bedrooms share a family bathroom.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
