The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with three air conditioners, a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with a bath, three bidets, three washbasins, a shower and three toilets.

The fantastic outdoor area features a private 9.5m x 4m saltwater pool, 6 sun loungers, and a barbecue. The pool has a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.7m, perfect for a refreshing swim. You can also relax on the ground-floor furnished terrace or enjoy the large, unfurnished terrace and another furnished terrace on the first floor.

This charming 350m2 cottage is spread over two levels and offers 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. On the ground floor, one bedroom has a double bed and the other has two twin beds. On the first floor, the master bedroom features a double bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a private terrace. There’s also an additional shower bathroom and a washroom.

The bright sitting-dining room with A/C is comfortably furnished and has a fireplace, ideal for cozy evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including an electric stove. The house also offers a washer, iron, and ironing board.

Located near Vilafranca, the property is just 10km from Manacor, home to the famous Majorica pearl factory. The beautiful beaches of Portocristo, Cala Morlanda, and more are just a 30-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
