Aloft on the hill Puig de Bonany, this property lies in a spectacular, rural setting and can comfortably accommodate 6 people.
The fantastic outdoor area features a 9.5m x 4m salt water pool, 6 sun loungers and a barbecue. The swimming pool is private and has a depth ranging from 1.1m to 1.7m. There is a furnished terrace on the ground floor where you can share unforgettable moments with your loved ones or just relax on the sofa. Furthermore, you have access to a huge, furnished terrace and another, unfurnished terrace, both on the first floor.
This cottage offers accommodation on two levels and has 350 m2. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms; 2 on the GF (1 comes with 1 double bed and the other with 2 twin beds) and 1 on the 1F with double bed, in suite bathroom and access to a private, unfurnished terrace. Apart from the in suite bathroom, there is 1 shower bath and 1 washroom.
The bright sitting-dining room with A/C is nicely furnished and has a fireplace, where you can have a romantic get-together. During the evening, watch a movie on the satellite TV, read a good book or surprise your friends with a home-cooked meal. The kitchen has everything you might need for preparing your favourite dishes, including electric stove. This property has a washer, an iron and an ironing board.
This home is located in a rural and charming area near Vilafranca. A short drive takes you to the town centre, where you can find a few shops, restaurants and cafés. Manacor, one of the most important towns of Mallorca, is just 10km away and offers a wide range of stores. Manacor is also the home of the pear factory Majorica. Portocristo is known for its caves ("Cuevas del Drach"), which have been formed by the Mediterranean Sea. Hidden within the caves is "Llac Mantel", a subterranean lake and along its banks, regularly take place concerts of classical music. A 20 minutes' drive takes you to Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market, at the same time he most traditional market of the island. It lasts about 30 minutes by car to reach the coast where you have access to lots of wonderful beaches. Just to mention a few: Son Serra de Marina, Cala Morlanda, Portocristo, Cala Mandia, Cala Magraner and Portocolom.
