General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with five double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, two air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, a bath, a shower, a bidet and a toilet.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave and an oven.

In the exteriors of this fantastic villa you will find a salt swimming pool, with dimensions of 8m x 4m and a depth range from 1.2m to 2m, which will be ideal for cooling off after sunbathing on the sun loungers available. On the terrace where the swimming pool is located there is also a sofa area where you can relax with your companions and have an aperitif. The outdoor dining area, located on the porch, will be the perfect place to extend your evenings after preparing a delicious barbecue while the children play on the playground. The villa is fenced and privacy is total.

Inside, the house is distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the living room, which is equipped with TV. The kitchen is open to the dining room, is gas and has all the necessary utensils to cook comfortably. When it's time to sleep, on this floor you will find one of the three bedrooms available. This bedroom has a double bed and a fan. A bathroom with bathtub completes the room. The stairs lead to the upper floor, where you will find the other two bedrooms, both with AC and double bed. In addition to another terrace, a bathroom with shower serves this floor. You will be able to use the radiators, washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide a cot and high chair.

Sant Joan is an ideal destination for those seeking peace and quiet and contact with nature. The area has numerous hiking and cycling routes that allow you to explore the surroundings, as well as the possibility of practising outdoor activities such as fishing or hunting.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
