The spacious living room has a fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings, and the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, and all the essentials. The dining area, open to the kitchen, has a large wooden table for six.

The house offers four bedrooms: two on the ground floor, each with a double bed, and two on the upper floor, one with a double bed and the other with a double and two single beds, plus access to a private terrace. There’s a washing machine, iron, and ironing board, and a cot and high chair are available for families with babies.

Situated in a peaceful rural setting on the outskirts of Sant Joan, the house is just 31 km from the stunning Playa de Muro beach. The nearby town offers all necessary amenities, and its central location provides easy access to many island attractions.

Exterior parking is available for up to five cars. Pets and events are not allowed. The tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash on arrival. Rates vary seasonally, with a reduction after the 9th day.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
