The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four televisions. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a patio and a barbecue and there are three balconies or terraces and three air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two washbasins and two toilets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, a coffee maker, a dishwasher and a microwave.

This is a bright and modern property located in a peaceful residential area, just a short distance from some of Ibiza’s most beautiful beaches, including Cala Gracio, Cala Gracioneta, Cala Salada, and Cala Saladeta. A pleasant walk will take you to Punta Galera, where you can enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and unforgettable sunsets.

Designed in traditional Ibizan style, Villa Yolanda is a one-level villa filled with natural light, creating an atmosphere of peace, harmony, and tranquility. The exterior of the villa features a small garden with a private swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and sunshades, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun. An outdoor dining area with a portable barbecue makes al fresco dining a delightful experience.

Inside, the spacious living area includes comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and a dining area. The fully equipped modern kitchen boasts all necessary amenities, including a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, gas hob, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine.

The villa offers three double bedrooms with underfloor heating, two bathrooms with showers (one en-suite), and two additional toilets. With air conditioning throughout, Wi-Fi, an alarm system, and a safe box, every comfort is provided for a relaxing stay. Set on a 1,300m² plot, Villa Yolanda offers 160m² of living space and covered parking for 1-2 cars, ensuring ample space to enjoy a laid-back Ibiza getaway in style.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
