The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and a double sofa bed. The holiday home is equipped with two fireplaces, two televisions and two DVD players. In addition there is a barbecue, a garden and a swimming pool and there are four air conditioners. You can park your car on a parking lot. The badroom is equipped with a shower, four washbasins, two bidets, a bath or shower, a bath and four toilets.

The holiday home has a washing machine, a fridge-freezer and a tumble dryer.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker (espresso machine), a stovetop, an oven and a microwave.

Adjacent to the pool is a charming “summer house” with a bright living room featuring a log fire, TV, dining table, a kitchen, and a toilet. There’s also a covered outdoor dining area with a BBQ, two dining tables, and plenty of seating, ideal for enjoying al-fresco meals with family and friends.

Inside, the villa spans two levels and is equipped with air conditioning and central heating throughout. The ground floor features a stylish, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area for six, opening directly to the pool area. There are two spacious living rooms, each with a log fire, comfortable seating, and TV, both leading to covered terraces with beautiful garden views. Additional amenities include a garage with laundry facilities, a clothes dryer, and an iron.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
