The spacious living room, furnished with a sofa and satellite TV, provides a cozy space to unwind, and the air-conditioned open-plan kitchen-dining area is fully equipped with gas and ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, and essential cooking utensils. The house also boasts a private patio for outdoor enjoyment.

Located in the heart of Sa Pobla, the property offers easy access to local amenities, including supermarkets, restaurants, and the village square, where guests can enjoy tapas every Wednesday. The northern beaches, such as Can Picafort, Playa de Muro, and Puerto de Alcudia, are just a 10-15 minute drive away. The area is also home to two popular golf courses, Alcanada and Pollença. On Tuesdays and Sundays, guests can explore the weekly street market in Alcúdia, offering a variety of local goods. Public transport and car access make it convenient to visit surrounding attractions.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
