The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with three single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with five air conditioners, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a bath, four washbasins, four toilets and three showers.

This cozy two-storey house offers a fantastic terrace where you can enjoy breakfast outdoors, have a barbecue, or take a refreshing dip in the saltwater pool (5.50m x 3.60m, depth of 1.55m to 1.70m). After swimming, relax on one of the sun loungers or enjoy a drink on the sun terrace, accessible by exterior stairs.

The house is designed for comfort. On the main floor, you'll find a living room with Smart TV and satellite TV, perfect for unwinding. The dining room is next to the kitchen, which is equipped with a vitro-ceramic stove and all the necessary utensils. There’s also a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. This floor has a bedroom with two single beds and two bathrooms with showers.

Upstairs, you'll find four more bedrooms, one with two single beds and three with double beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and direct access to the terrace. A bathroom with a shower serves the other rooms. All bedrooms have AC. A crib and high chair are available on request for families.

Located in Sa Pobla, close to shops, bars, and a Sunday market, this property is just 10 minutes by car from northern beaches and 15 minutes from Golf Pollença. Parking space is available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
