The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a swimming pool, three air conditioners, a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture. Sa Pobla is a charming village located in the north of Mallorca, surrounded by fertile fields and mountains. The municipality is known for its festivals of Sant Antoni in January, where iconic elements are its "dimonis" and pyrotechnic shows. Additionally, various agricultural fairs and a weekly market are held in the town on Sundays. Within walking distance is the S'Albufera Natural Reserve, a perfect place for hiking and birdwatching. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
