The holiday home for 2 persons has a bathroom and a bedroom and is equipped with two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a TV. In addition there is a set of garden furniture, a garden, a swimming pool and a barbecue. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.

The house has 2 apartments. Only the ground floor apartment is available for rent. The top floor is closed and not occupied. The 6m x 3m private chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 1.4m x 1.6m is perfect for a refreshing bath during hot summer days. Additionally, there's an exterior shower, a mobile BBQ and one sun lounger for sunbathing. A terrace is great for al fresco dining; maybe a romantic dinner for two? The plot is fenced and there are direct neighbors.

The one-storey accommodation offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From here you have a direct access to the pool! The living room has air conditioning, WiFi and satellite TV with English channels. The kitchen is open to the living room and is well equipped, including a modern induction hob.

Sa Pobla village is situated on the north of the island and a car is necessary. The village has retained its original charm over the years. In the main square you can enjoy a coffee and mingle with the locals. There are a few nice restaurants serving typical dishes from the region. In January the famous festival of Sant Antoni takes place in Sa Pobla when the entire village is lit with a fireworks, parade and celebration. In 15 minutes by car you will reach the miles-long sandy beach of Playa de Muro, the beach of Can Picafort or the sandy beach of Playa de Alcúdia. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
