The holiday home for 4 persons has two bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and two single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The houses' exteriors are beautiful, ideal for summer holidays! There's a spacious terrace with several loungers and a porch where you can enjoy great al fresco dining. Maybe you fancy a tasty barbecue? There are more terraces and porches on the first floor where you can enjoy nice views over the village. As this house is in the village, there are neighbors nearby.

Indoors, the rustic styled rooms with well kept furniture are distributed on two floor. There's a living-dining room with space for six guests on the ground floor. The kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove and the most important utensils for cooking. Also on the ground floor you'll find a shower bath. The two bedrooms are on the first floor (one with double bed and one with twin beds). All bedrooms come with a closet. There's another shower bath on the first floor. If you travel with your baby, there's a cot and a high chair. Furthermore, the house provides you with a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

This charming house is set in the center of Porreres, a very genuine town located in the center of Majorca. Services like supermarkets, restaurants and everything else you may need for your stay can be found in Porreres. If the beach is what you're searching for, the nearest sand beach is called Ses Covetes and it is 22 km away. Visit also the market of Porreres, every Tuesday, and buy fresh groceries from the local farmers.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
