General

The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with five single beds and a double bed. The holiday home is equipped with four heaters. In addition there is a barbecue and an elevator and there are three air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a shower, a bath, two toilets, two washbasins and two bidets.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a coffee maker.

The terrace offers stunning mountain views, making it the perfect spot for outdoor meals, relaxing on sun loungers, or enjoying a drink in the glazed barbecue area with sofas, ideal for preparing summer dishes and socializing.

Inside, the living-dining room with air conditioning is perfect for watching TV or enjoying meals together. The kitchen maintains a traditional Mallorcan style and is fully equipped with plenty of cabinets, a gas stove, oven, microwave, and a prep table for your recipes. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

The apartment has four bedrooms: two with twin beds, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. Three rooms are air-conditioned, each with a closet and direct access to a balcony. One of the twin bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom with a tub, and there's a second bathroom with a shower for the rest of the accommodation. A baby cot and high chair are available upon request. The apartment also has gas central heating for the colder season.

Located in the heart of Port de Pollensa, the area is lively, with restaurants, bars, and shops around the square. Every Wednesday, the street market offers fresh local produce. The beach is just 400 meters away, ideal for families. The nearby mountains provide beautiful hiking and biking routes.

Access to the upper private terrace is via communal stairs. Note: Guests must be over 25 unless part of a family. A passport copy for all guests is required for booking. Pets and events are not allowed.

Layout

On 600 meter of Europa 3b you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 200 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Europa 3b in Pollença you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
