Inside, this 1st floor apartment without lift surprises with an open room that includes the living area with the dining kitchen. You can cook your best recipes on the ceramic hob, enjoy your meals all together and rest on the sofa while watching the TV-sat. This room is air-conditioned and there are two more AC units in the two bedrooms. One has twin beds while the other offers a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. Both feature a closet and space for a baby cot. A high chair also is available. There is a second bathroom with a tub for the rest of the accommodation. Finally, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board also are available.

Cala Sant Vicenç is a family residential coastal area near Pollença and located between the mountains. You will find a grocery shop and a couple of restaurants there. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
