The holiday home for 6 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. Ideally situated in the center of the island, the property allows easy access to local amenities in Petra, just 0.5 km away, where you’ll find supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and a pharmacy. A train stop is located just 1.1 km from the house, making it easy to explore further. Every Wednesday, the town hosts a local market featuring fresh produce. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy the picturesque rural landscape surrounding Petra, perfect for hiking and cycling. Nearby attractions include the majestic Puig de Bonany, offering panoramic views of Mallorca, and charming local paths lined with windmills and farms.

The villa features a spacious 50 m² porch for outdoor dining, along with two inviting living rooms, one with Majorcan stone walls, comfortable seating, satellite TV, and dining space for eight. The independent kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, including a toaster, microwave, and electric oven. Outdoors, guests can relax by the 10 x 5 meter chlorine pool, surrounded by sun loungers and terraced areas. Please note that pets are not allowed, and hosting events is prohibited. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
