The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are three air conditioners and two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two toilets, three washbasins, two bidets and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

This charming vacation home offers a relaxing outdoor space with a covered porch, perfect for unwinding, and a private chlorine pool (7 x 5 meters) for refreshing swims. A barbecue area with a small kitchen, including plates and cutlery, makes outdoor dining a breeze. Families will enjoy the pink playhouse in the garden, while sunbathers can relax on six sunbeds in the garden, plus two more on the terrace. With a spacious lawn of around 140 m² and an outdoor shower bathroom, this property ensures comfort and convenience. Parking is available within the fenced patio, though it is located in the village of Petra with neighboring homes.

Inside, the two-story house spans 200 m², offering three air-conditioned bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an additional toilet, ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room provides space to relax, read, or enjoy a game of carom billiards, while the adjoining dining area comfortably seats eight for shared meals. The fully equipped kitchen has modern appliances and essential amenities, including a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Sleeping arrangements include one bedroom with twin beds and two with double beds. One double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub and shower, while the other bathroom includes a shower, enhancing the overall comfort and functionality of the property.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
