General

The holiday home for 6 persons has three bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a fireplace and a TV. In addition there is a swimming pool, a barbecue, a garden and a set of garden furniture and there are three air conditioners and two terraces. The badroom is equipped with a bath, two toilets, three washbasins, two bidets and three showers.

The holiday home has a fridge and a washing machine.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and a high chair.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker and a microwave.

You will really enjoy your vacation in the exterior area of this house. The covered porch offers you lots of corners to have a rest. By the pool you will find a BBQ zone with a small kitchen with a few plates and cutlery. For your kids we have left a pink play house in the garden. The private, chlorine pool has a size of 7 x 5 meters. All sun lovers of you will find 6 sun beds in the garden and 2 more on the terrace. The lawn measures about 140 m2, so you have a lot of space to bask in the sun. There also is an exterior shower bathroom for your comfort. The plot is fenced. You could park easily in the patio of the house. As the property is located in the village Petra, there are direct neighbours.

This 2-storey house is 200 m2 and it has 3 bedrooms with AC, two bathrooms and a toilet. It’s ideal for couples with children or for groups of friends.

From the terrace you have access to the cosy living room that invites you to relax, reading a good book, surf on the internet, watch television or have fun playing carom billiards. The adjoining dining area comes with a big table and 8 seats. The kitchen is fully equipped; furthermore you will find a washing machine and an iron with ironing board in the house. One of the bedrooms has two twin beds, and the other two feature a double bed. On of the last bedrooms presents an en-suite bathroom with a hydro massage bathtub and shower. The other bathroom has a shower.

The area around Petra is particularly rural with fertile land and lots of farmers. The idyllic, rolling countryside invites you to take long strolls, to hike or to cycle and explore the beauty of this peaceful zone. You can still find lots of wind mills there. It's very romantic to walk along the small paths, passing cornfields, wind mills and old farms. On the horizon raises the "Puig de Bonany", this is with 317 meters the highest elevation of the area. From up there you can see big part of Majorca: starting with the mountains of the Serra de Tramuntana through to the Bahía de Alcúdia. Furthermore, you'll find a tiny church up there. It's beautiful!

Where do you want to go to the beach? From Petra is very easy to get to the northern and south-eastern beaches, in between 20 - 20 minutes driving by car you can get to lots beaches. For us the best ones are: Ses Casetes des Capellans in Can Picafort, the natural beach Son Serra de Marina, Cala Magraner, Porto Cristo, Cala Morlanda, Portocolom and much more!

The use of the A/C is free of charge for 12 hours a day to be chosen by our guests. If you wish A/C the whole day, there's a charge. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Tourist license: ETV/3350The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
