The holiday home for 8 persons has two bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds and four single beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a garden, a set of garden furniture, a table tennis table and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two washbasins, two showers and two toilets.

The property’s exteriors are perfect for enjoying the Mediterranean climate, with a private 9x4 m chlorine pool, ranging from 0.4 to 1.5 meters in depth, ideal for cooling off on hot days. Sun loungers surround the pool for sunbathing, and there’s a barbecue and several furnished areas for dining or relaxing with drinks. You can also enjoy sports, such as table tennis, football, and volleyball. The property is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy.

Inside, the two-storey house is designed for your comfort. The main floor features a cozy living-dining room with Smart TV and satellite channels, a kitchen with a gas hob and necessary utensils, a bedroom with two single beds and a fan, and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are three more bedrooms, all with fans. Two have double beds, while the third has two singles. Two rooms have access to a large terrace with countryside views. A second bathroom completes this floor. A cot and highchair can be provided for babies.

The villa is near Petra, a peaceful village known for its rural beauty. Explore its cobbled streets and traditional Mallorcan architecture, or relax in the Plaça de la Quartera. Muro Beach, just 18.8 km away, offers a tranquil setting with shallow waters, perfect for families.

The property has parking for five cars. Please note, the fireplace is decorative only, and pets or events are not allowed. Consult for possible charges related to farm animals on a neighboring property. The Ecotasa (tourist tax) is payable on arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
