Detailed information
Start your day with a refreshing swim in the saltwater pool, measuring 8 x 4 meters with a depth of 1.5 meters. After your swim, enjoy a delicious barbecue under the porch overlooking the pool, followed by a relaxing break on one of the 6 sun loungers. The plot is fenced, and while there are neighbors nearby, privacy is maintained.
This charming, single-story house is equipped with gas central heating and features a cozy living room with satellite TV, perfect for relaxing on the sofas or armchair by the wood stove during colder days. The dining area is open to the living room, ideal for enjoying meals with family or friends. The independent kitchen, with a gas stove, is fully equipped with appliances, utensils, a pantry, and a small breakfast table. The laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
There are three bedrooms, each with AC and a closet. The first bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds, and the third has a single bed. A separate bathroom with a bathtub serves the other rooms. A crib and highchair are available upon request.
Tourist license: ETV/10790
Ecotasa: Must be paid on-site. Rates range from 0.55€/night (low season) to 2.2€/night (high season). Reduced by half after 9 days.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
