On the outskirts of Sant Jordi, this amazing villa with a private pool and beautiful views offers a second home for 12 people.
This estate has spectacular exteriors that include a large private chlorine swimming pool, -11 x 5m and 1.1 to 2.5m deep-, with an integrated children's pool, -3.5 x 3.5m and 0.5m deep-. Surrounding it there are 9 sun loungers and a large grassy area for sunbathing or playing with the little ones. Different garden areas, a lake with fish, and several terraces and porches, including one with a barbecue, guarantee unforgettable moments. There is also a ping-pong table, a paddle tennis court, and a basketball court, which can be accessed at any time.
This large manor house offers two floors. On entering the house, you find a large living-dining room with television, air conditioning, fireplace, and exit to one of the porches. Then you have a kitchen, equipped with a gas cooker and a table to have an aperitif perhaps. Then there is a second kitchen with a gas hob, a second huge dining room with access to the pool, and another living room with a billiard table and a toilet. On the first floor, there are 6 bedrooms with air conditioning and a wardrobe and 5 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms offer double beds and the other 2 have two single beds. Three of them offer en-suite bathrooms, one with bath and shower, one with bath and one with shower. Then there are two more bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower which complete this floor. In addition, there are two more bathrooms with shower which are exterior. There is a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The house has oil central heating.
The villa is located 5.9 km from Sant Jordi, close to the golf course Son Gual, and is very well communicated as it is next to the motorway Palma-Manacor. Being close to the airport you can hear the sound of planes flying over the island. Further towards the coast, you have all kinds of services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. We recommend a visit to the capital, Palma, with its extraordinary Cathedral of La Seu and its picturesque old town. You can visit beautiful beaches such as Can Pastilla, Cala Blava, or Es Trenc.
Within the same plot, there is a second house inhabited by the maintenance staff of the finca.
The water from the cistern is not valid for consumption.
