This stunning five-storey building blends classic Mallorcan charm with modern design, offering a unique and elegant atmosphere. Beautifully restored, its interiors combine warm colors, parquet floors, and a mix of classic Mallorcan pieces with contemporary touches, providing a cozy yet luxurious environment for your stay.
The upper terrace is perfect for morning coffee, relaxing with a book on the sun loungers, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset while taking in the views.
The home is spread across three levels. On the second floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a sofa, TV, and DVD player, along with a dining area and cheerful kitchen equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, and everything needed to cook your favorite dishes. There are two bedrooms: one with two single beds and an en-suite shower, and the second with a double bed and an en-suite hydromassage shower. The space is air-conditioned for comfort. The top floor offers a second kitchen (with a fridge, sink, and cutlery) and a laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and board.
Located in Palma’s charming old town, everything you need—restaurants, cafes, shops, and the beach—is within walking distance.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
