Inside, the airy living-dining room offers a comfortable space for meals and relaxation, with a TV-sat and a pellet stove for cooler evenings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas cooktop and all the essentials for cooking, and the laundry room includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed and closet, as well as a toilet. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both rooms share a spacious walk-in closet and a bathroom with a bathtub.
Es Portitxol is a peaceful yet lively coastal area near Palma de Mallorca, offering a quiet beach just 300 meters away, a charming marina, and numerous bars and restaurants. The area provides all the necessary services for a comfortable stay. Note: Guests must be 25 or older unless traveling as a family. Passport copies are required for booking.
The Ecotasa tourist tax applies and varies depending on the season. Pets and events are not allowed.

Payment terms and -periods
A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
