The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and three double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a set of garden furniture, a garden, four air conditioners and a barbecue. This two-storey house features a cozy ground floor living-dining area with two sofas, a coffee table, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the essentials for cooking. Completing this floor are a double bedroom and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs, you’ll find another bathroom with a bathtub and three additional bedrooms—two with double beds and one with twin beds. Two of the upstairs bedrooms have access to the upper terrace. All bedrooms include wardrobes and air conditioning. A crib and baby chair can be provided upon request, and laundry facilities include a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

Conveniently located near the road, the villa offers easy access to Playa de Muro beach, known for its fine sand and shallow waters—perfect for families. Just a short distance away, Puerto de Alcúdia buzzes with shops, bars, and restaurants. Don’t miss exploring the historic old town of Alcúdia, with its narrow cobblestone streets and vibrant markets on Thursdays and Saturdays.

The villa also provides two bikes and children's toys at no extra charge. Please note: air conditioning operates on a coin system (1€ and 2€), pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited. This property is licensed for tourist use (ETV/5372). A mandatory tourist tax applies, varying by season, and a deposit is required upon arrival.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
