The holiday home has a washing machine, a freezer, a garage and a fridge.

The pool area is equipped with comfortable sunbeds, and the outdoor space also features a barbecue and dining table, perfect for alfresco meals with family or friends.

Inside, the house offers a comfortable and inviting living-dining room, with cozy sofas and a large table for 8 people, making it an excellent space for relaxing and socializing. The modern kitchen is fully equipped for those who love cooking, providing all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. The house features 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, three with two single beds and one with a double bed, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. There are also two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, for added convenience.

The exterior of this house is designed for ultimate relaxation, with a chill-out area and ample sunbeds for soaking up the sun by the pool. For families with young children, the pool area is secured with a barrier to ensure their safety. With its ideal location, just a short walk from the beach, and its fantastic outdoor amenities, this house is the perfect spot for your Mallorca vacation. Electricity is charged based on consumption (0.35 euros/kWh), with a deposit of 200 euros per booking.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
