The house has 3 modern bathrooms: two upstairs (one with a bathtub and the other with a shower) and one downstairs with a shower. To ensure a comfortable stay, the home is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and portable electric radiators for the winter months.

The outdoor area of this property is a true highlight, featuring a private saltwater pool surrounded by a well-maintained terrace. With 4 sun loungers, umbrellas for shade, and an outdoor shower, it's the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sunny Mallorca weather. Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
