This floor is completed by a stylish bathroom with a shower.On the second floor, you’ll discover the final bedroom, furnished with a double bed, a fan, and a stunning en-suite bathroom with a shower. This level also boasts a terrace where guests can enjoy breathtaking views of the Pla de Mallorca.For families traveling with a baby, a cot and high chair can be provided upon request. Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
