Start your day with breakfast under the porch, soak up the sun on one of the 7 sun loungers, or take a refreshing dip in the 8 x 4 meter saltwater pool, which has a depth of 1 to 1.80 meters. For those who enjoy outdoor cooking, there’s also a barbecue available for grilling your favourite recipes.

Step inside to a spacious living room with two comfortable sofas, air conditioning, a pellet stove, and satellite TV. The modern, stylish kitchen-dining area also has air conditioning and is equipped with a ceramic hob. The laundry room contains a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, and ironing board. The house features a bathroom with a shower and bidet.

For restful nights, the house offers three bedrooms, each with a closet, air conditioning, and access to the outdoors. Two of the rooms have double beds, while the third has two twin beds. A cot and high chair are also available for families with babies.

The finca is just 3 km from Montuïri, a charming village where you'll find all the necessary amenities, including a supermarket, bars, and local restaurants offering traditional Mallorcan dishes like "pa amb oli." The area is rich in agricultural land, windmills, and medieval history, making it a cultural gem. The Ma-15 road provides easy access to the rest of the island, including the stunning beaches and coves like Portocolom (31 km), Sa Ràpita, and Es Trenc, which are renowned for their natural beauty. Felanitx, with its famous Sunday street market, is also nearby, perfect for a leisurely visit.

Payment terms and -periods

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
