General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with four double beds and two twin trundle beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, two air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with three showers, a bath, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven and a coffee maker.

This accommodation features a 10 x 5 meters, chlorine pool with a depth ranging from 0.8 meters to 2.2 meters. The porch is next to the pool and is a lovely corner to have a BBQ with friends or to relax while your children are playing in the garden. The private tennis court is probably the main reason why you adore this property. There are two racquets and one ball.

The house of 250 m2 distributed on two floors, has four bedrooms, three on the ground floor, two with double beds, one of them with air conditioning, and one with a trundle bed for 2 people; and one on the first floor with a double bed and equipped with air conditioning. A cot and high chair are available. There are three bathrooms that serve the whole house, one has a shower and a bathtub, both with hydromassage, while the other two have showers. The living room-kitchen mixes rustic and modern elements, and has 1 sofa, TV-Sat, and air conditioning. The dining room has 1 table with chairs. The kitchen, in the same space and induction, has all the necessary utensils to cook without any problem. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are 5 electric radiators.

Marratxí is a nice place to spend your holidays, because it is close to Palma de Mallorca. In the town centre you will find supermarkets, restaurants and everything you need during your stay. You can go to Palma by car or train. The city is famous for its picturesque old town, the cathedral, museums, international restaurants, the rich nightlife and the castle of Bellver. In Santa Catalina's district you can go for dinner or have a drink. Outside the town there are different theme parks, Aqualand, Katmandu and Palma's Aquarium. Mallorca's South has many nice beaches, Playa de Palma, can Pastilla, Cala Blava or Portals Nous.

The fireplace is not usable.
In case of not disposing the domestic waste at the check out, a EUR 100 fee will be deducted from the deposit. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Tourist license: ETV/7578The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years. You will have to pay the deposit amount at the arrival to the owner. Electricity (January - December): 0.35 EUR/KW (mandatory)

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
