Spanning 250 m² over two floors, the house includes four bedrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor: two with double beds (one with air conditioning) and one with a trundle bed for two. The first floor hosts an additional double bedroom, also air-conditioned. There are three bathrooms in total, with one featuring a hydromassage shower and bathtub, while the others have showers.

The living room-kitchen blends rustic charm with modern convenience, offering a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, and air conditioning. The dining area includes a table and chairs, and the well-equipped kitchen features induction cooking and all necessary utensils. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are also available, along with five electric radiators for cooler days.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
