The holiday home for 5 persons has two bathrooms and three bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed and three single beds. The porch and terrace are perfect for evening barbecues with friends. A small garden with fruit trees offers fresh lemons and oranges (seasonal). The property is fenced, with direct neighbors nearby.

The house is spread across two floors with bright and welcoming rooms. The air-conditioned living-dining room is perfect for unwinding on the sofa, watching satellite TV, or enjoying a family meal. The well-equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, along with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

There are three comfortable bedrooms: one with twin beds, one with a double bed, and one with a single bed. A cot and high chair are available for babies upon request. The house has two shower bathrooms, including one outdoors. One bedroom features a safe box, and there are two fans for added comfort.

Located in the tranquil village of Mancor de la Vall in the Tramuntana Mountains, the area is ideal for hiking and cycling, with nearby attractions like Ses Fonts Ufanes and Campanet Coves. Inca is just 5 km away for additional services, and the stunning beaches of the north coast, such as Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, and Puerto de Alcúdia, are a 30-minute drive away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
