Private: property 1'500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and wildlife garden, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Shower/WC in the pool area, public parking on the road. Shop 1 km, sandy beach "Cala Murada" 1.5 km. Please note: car recommended.

There is a lake/open water less than 1,5 kilometer. You can also relax, because near Peña Rubia (MUR146) in Manacor you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
