Inside, the house features a Mallorcan-style sitting-dining room with a cozy sofa, satellite TV, and AC to keep cool on hot days. The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, dining table, and AC, with a separate laundry room offering a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The villa has a shared shower bathroom with a bidet and three bedrooms: one with a double bed and en-suite shower, one with twin beds, and one with a bunk bed. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies.

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.
If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
