In the district of Porto Cristo Novo, outside the resort Porto Cristo, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 300 m from the sea. For shared use: barbecue. Private: property (fenced), garden, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, seasonal availability: 30.Apr. - 31.Oct.). Outdoor shower. In the house: washing machine. Public parking on the road. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, bus stop "Porto Cristo" 800 m, railway station "Manacor" 17 km, sandy beach 300 m. There is a lake/open water less than 300 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Bonita in Manacor you can go to the beach or the water.

Payment terms and -periods

After the booking confirmation, you must make a deposit equal to 20% of the total rental amount within 10 days. The second payment must be paid no later than 42 days before you leave. If you leave within six weeks, you must pay down the full amount immediately.
