The spacious terrace, equipped with six loungers, is perfect for soaking up the Majorcan sun or enjoying a delightful barbecue with loved ones. An external shower is conveniently located for a refreshing rinse after swimming. Surrounded by a beautifully landscaped garden, the property offers a tranquil atmosphere, enhanced by the fragrant flowers at the facade and plenty of privacy thanks to its fencing.

Indoors, the home is adorned in calming white and pastel tones, creating a serene ambiance. It includes a cozy living room with a TV and ceiling fan, a fully equipped gas kitchen, two bedrooms with twin beds, a third bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. An additional exterior toilet and a laundry room with a washing machine are also provided. All bedrooms overlook the garden or courtyard, and baby amenities such as a cot and high chair are available upon request.

Located in the peaceful residential area of Cala Blava, you can walk to the beach and easily access Playa de Palma, Son Verí cove, and the beautiful Es Trenc beach. Palma de Mallorca is just a short drive away, offering rich culture, shopping, and nightlife. Enjoy sights like La Seu Cathedral, Castillo de Bellver, and explore the vibrant old town.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
