Outside this wonderful property you will find two fantastic terraces overlooking the sea and the harbour. You will be able to relax sunbathing or having an aperitif with your loved ones while you contemplate the sunset after a nice day at the beach. The duplex is located in a quiet area with all the necessary services. Please note that as it is an apartment there are neighbours nearby and privacy is partial.

In the interiors you will find a cosy living-dining room which is equipped with AC, satellite TV and CD and DVD player. The kitchen, with ceramic hob, has all the necessary utensils for comfortable cooking. When it's time to sleep, you can choose any of the 3 bedrooms. All of them have AC and two of them have direct access to the upper terrace. A toilet and a bathroom with shower complete the stay. If you need it, you can use the washing machine, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.

S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is a small town located on the south coast of Mallorca, in the Balearic Islands, Spain. It is part of the municipality of Llucmajor and is about 20 kilometres from the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca. The population of S'Estanyol de Mitjorn is around 500 inhabitants and its economy is mainly based on fishing, nature tourism and water sports. The town has a small beach of white sand and crystal-clear waters, as well as numerous coves and natural spots of great beauty. Furthermore, in the surrounding area you can find important archaeological sites, such as the Talayotic of Capocorb Vell, which offer an insight into the rich history of the island of Mallorca.

Note: The weekend of the 24th, 25th and 26th of July are the patron saint festivities in s'Estanyol and take place just down the street from the apartment. Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
