The center of Muro and the commercial area are a few minutes from the property, while Muro beach is 10 km away.
Situated on a large plot, the property offers private and secure parking for several cars as well as a well-kept garden consisting of several terraces and a swimming pool.

On the ground floor you will find an open, modern and fully equipped kitchen which communicates with the comfortable living room.
There are three spacious bedrooms. One of them is on the ground floor and the other two are on the first floor.
Additionally, there are two renovated bathrooms. One on the ground floor with a hydro-massage shower. The other is on the first floor and has a bath with shower.
The property has capacity for six people and air conditioning, it is reformed with top quality materials.

In the small house attached to the main house you will find a dining room with a barbecue and a built-in kitchen, the area offers even more space for fun evenings with family or friends.

The comfortable sun loungers and the swimming pool invite you to spend a relaxing time with breathtaking views.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
