General

The holiday home for 8 persons has three bathrooms and four bedrooms and is equipped with a double bed, four single beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with two heaters. In addition there is a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue and a set of garden furniture and there are three air conditioners. The badroom is equipped with a bidet, three toilets, a bath, three washbasins and a shower.

The holiday home has a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

The exteriors feature a private chlorine pool measuring 7.5 x 3.5 meters, with depths ranging from 1.2 to 1.8 meters, perfect for refreshing swims. Enjoy sun loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower, and a furnished porch ideal for barbecues with friends. A dried-up old well adds a charming touch to the property. A staircase leads to a terrace for al-fresco dining.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen includes a vitro hob, while the comfortable sitting-dining room features a TV with German channels. A laundry area is available, equipped with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. This floor offers a bunk bedroom, a double bedroom, and a twin bedroom, all with wardrobes, plus a bathroom with a tub. Upstairs, a spacious bedroom with two single beds has an en-suite shower bathroom and access to a non-furnished terrace. A toilet is also available. Additional amenities include a cot, high chair, fan, and five electric radiators. Air conditioning is provided in the living room and all bedrooms except the bunk bedroom.

Located in Llubi, a small town in central-north Mallorca, you’re just a 15-minute drive from beaches like Can Picafort and Playa de Muro. The town center offers grocery shops, restaurants, and cafés, perfect for evening strolls.

Note: Guests under 25 are not accepted unless they are families. Passport copies are required for all guests. Pets are not allowed, and events are prohibited.

Tourist license: ETV/4361. A mandatory tourist tax (Ecotasa) must be paid in cash upon check-in, varying by season.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
