The floor includes two bedrooms (one double, one with two singles) with radiators and a bathroom with a shower. Upstairs, there are two more bedrooms with AC—one with two single beds and access to a terrace with countryside views, and the other with a double bed. The upper floor also has a gym and another bathroom with a shower. A cot and high chair are available for families with babies.

Located in Llubí, the property is in the heart of Mallorca, close to essential services and offering a chance to explore local life and cuisine. The village is ideal for hiking and cycling, and the northern beaches like Playa de Muro, Can Picafort, and Son Serra de Marina are just a short drive away. Palma is 46.5 km away.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
