General

The holiday home for 10 persons has four bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with a single bed, two double beds, two single sofa beds and a bunk bed. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, two air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with four showers, a bath, four toilets and four washbasins.

The holiday home has three fridges.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a cot and there are three high chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with three coffee makers, three ovens, three microwaves, three dishwashers and three stoves.

The highlight of this charming townhouse is its private chlorine pool (7 x 3 meters, 1.2 to 2 meters deep), perfect for cooling down after sunbathing or relaxing on the top terrace, which includes a chill-out area and 6 sun loungers. The terrace also features an exterior kitchen and BBQ, ideal for outdoor meals, with a furnished backyard and a bathroom with shower by the pool.

The property consists of three buildings: the main house, an apartment, and an annex. The large house, on the ground floor, has a rustic living-dining room with TV-SAT, DVD, CD player, A/C, and wood stove. The kitchen with a ceramic hob is located in the glazed BBQ area. It includes two bedrooms (one with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, the other with bunk beds), both with ceiling fans and electric heating.

The first-floor apartment, accessible via stairs next to the pool, features a living room with TV-SAT, A/C, a cozy kitchen-dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has two sofa beds for additional guests.

The annex area includes a spacious living-dining room with A/C and Smart TV, a kitchen, a double bedroom with A/C and fan, a loft with an additional bed, and a bathroom with a shower.

The property is in Llubí, a traditional town with all essential services, 19 km from Can Picafort beach. Private parking for 1 car and garage for 8 bicycles are available.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
