General

The holiday home for 10 persons has five bathrooms and five bedrooms and is equipped with two single beds and four double beds. The holiday home is equipped with four air conditioners, a swimming pool, a garden, a barbecue, a set of garden furniture and a balcony or terrace. The badroom is equipped with four bidets, five toilets, two baths, five washbasins and four showers.

The holiday home has two garages and a fridge-freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a microwave, a stove and an oven.

On the outside of the villa, the private chlorine pool is the starring protagonist. It measures 12 x 6 meters and has a depth of 1 to 2 meters. It's also fenced and offers a fabulous barbecue area where you can cook delicious dishes, also in the wood oven. You have a wonderful garden around the house where you can relax as well as several terraces where you can rest and have a drink at sunset. The property is fenced and there are direct neighbours.

The interior of the house stands out for the collection of works of art that accompany a classic and exclusive decoration. At the entrance, the main room welcomes us with the spectacular grand piano. There is another large dining room where you can watch TV and eat together; a large library with TV-sat and AC; another dining room for 6 people; and the impressive kitchen-dining room that has an induction top, AC and access to one of the terraces. The independent laundry room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. A bedroom with a double bed and fan, 2 bathrooms with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the main floor. On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms, all with AC and a double bed except one that offers twin beds. One of them also has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and there is another bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. Finally, we can provide a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.

Layout

On 400 meter of Tramontana you will find one or more restaurants. There is a mall nearby, in 700 meter. Want even more activities? The nearby area features golfing. You can also relax, because near Tramontana in Lloseta you can go to the beach or the harbour.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
