This beautiful flat is situated in a magnificent country house dating back to the 18th century, located in the center of the island of Mallorca. The house is surrounded by 28 hectares containing fig and almond trees. In the surrounding area there are many oak and pine forests. The finca has its own wine cellar and water service. In the garden you will find a communal swimming pool and several terraces with patio furniture, where you can relax and enjoy a drink while admiring the wonderful landscape of Mallorca.
Our rustic and contemporary villa and apartments occupy the old houses of this 18th-century estate. With wooden beams and original stone walls, they are all equipped with a full kitchen, living-dining room and private terrace boasting panoramic views of the valley.
Sa Rota is situated in one of Mallorca’s most unique locations in Mallorca, surrounded by valleys and picturesque towns.
Its strategic positioning in the centre of the island means that you can visit some beautiful hermitages, monasteries and sanctuaries, such as Lluc and Randa, where you can take in some incredible panoramic views. Likewise, you can discover the most authentic parts of Mallorca thanks to its traditional celebrations and its famous markets, such as Sineu, which is just 7 km away.
You can also sample delicious Mallorcan wine in some of the region’s bodegas, such as Binisalem, or visit the nearby traditional towns, like Sineu and Petra, with their traditional architecture and wide culinary choice.

The cities of Lloret and Sineu lie just 5 and 7 km (respectively) from the apartment. Lloret, despite its beauty, is one of the least known cities of Mallorca. Located in the geographical center of Mallorca, it has just 800 inhabitants. Here you can stroll through quaint narrow alleys. Sineu is a medieval city dominated by the royal palace which was built during the time of Jaime II. The environs of Sineu are ideal for hiking and biking. There are also many opportunities to play golf at places like Pula and Roca Viva. The beaches and coves of Mallorca are just half an hour from the farm. On Mallorca, in the west and in the north (Cap de Formentor), you will find rocky coasts while the eastern and southern coasts are characterized by numerous bays and beaches (Calas). The neighboring bays contain many lagoons and marshes. Mallorca has several dunes created by the constant wind which continually changes the shape of the sand. In the Tramontana Mountains you will find the highest point on Mallorca - Puig Mayor, at an altitude of 1445 meters. From the mountains several deep ravines run toward the coast. True, there are no natural rivers on the island, but after heavy rainfall the gorges transform into raging rivers. Limestone is the main rock on Mallorca and can be seen at different locations, but mainly on the east coast in caves and various crevasses. Famous caves include Cuevas del Drac and Cuevas dels Harms near Porto Cristo.

The initial deposit is 30% of the rent and any covered insurance. The second payment must be paid no later than six weeks before you leave. If you leave within nine weeks, you must pay the full amount in one installment.
