It has a living area of 185 m². Comfortable interior space with fireplace in the living room with TV with satellite channels and WiFi. Connected to a large dining room. Fully equipped kitchen.

In total there are 3 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2x2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with shower. One bedroom and one bathroom are on the ground floor, the rest upstairs. All rooms have air conditioning.

This beautiful finca has a 5x10 meter swimming pool so you can cool off on hot summer days, a barbecue and a wonderfully maintained landscaped outdoor area.

TO CONSIDER:
- All guests aged over 16 staying in the holiday homes must pay tourist tax. Some portals do not charge tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity included. (3 Kwh/day and person)
- A refundable deposit is required.
- Parties are not allowed.
- Firewood for the fireplace optional, cost depending on consumption.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
