General

The holiday home for 4 persons has three bathrooms and two bedrooms and is equipped with two double beds. The holiday home is equipped with a barbecue, a set of garden furniture, a garden, two air conditioners and a swimming pool. The badroom is equipped with two showers, two baths, three toilets and three washbasins.

The holiday home has a fridge and a freezer.

Children

Especially for (young) children, there is a high chair and a cot.

Kitchen

The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a stove, a microwave and an oven.

The exteriors of this amazing country house are so beautiful. In front of a two-storey precious construction, there you have a wonderful chlorine private pool, - 9 x 5 m and a depth of 1 to 2 m -, surrounded by green lawn where you can sunbathe. There are six sun loungers also for that and a large furnished porch for your best barbecues.

Inside you have a large, air-conditioned living-dining room where you can eat together, watch satellite TV, a DVD film or listen to some music. Then you enter the kitchen, which is equipped with a gas hob. The laundry room offers a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobe, one on the ground floor and one upstairs. There are three bathrooms, one with shower downstairs and two en-suite bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and is located in the downstairs bedroom, and the other has a shower and bathtub (without whirlpool) and is located in the upstairs bedroom. There is central heating and two bedrooms have air conditioning. There is 1 cot and 1 high chair.

This villa belongs to the beautiful and familiar village known as Lloret de Vistalegre, although it is located next the road that connects Sineu with the capital, Palma.

Payment terms and -periods

A deposit equivalent to 30% of the total amount and any cancellation insurance shall be made within 7 days. The second payment shall be made no later than six weeks before departure.

If you pay in two installments, you will receive an email with a reminder to pay the second installment one week before its term expires. If you leave within six weeks, you must make payment in one installment. When leaving within 14 days, you must make payment in one installment via credit card or PayPal.
